Refining your search results with filters
To reduce the number of results to a manageable number and to ensure that they're all relevant, you can use the filters on the left-hand side of the results screen.
If you are comfortable using them, the Library Search supports Boolean operators, nesting, and truncation.
There is an advanced search option where you can run a more complex, focused search by combining fields, such as title, author/creator, date, or material type.
LibKey Nomad is a browser extension, which highlights online articles or eBooks which are available through NHS Scotland subscriptions.
Google Scholar for easy access
Add a NHS Scotland library link to the search results in Google Scholar to see links to articles.
