Supporting Scotland's health and social care workforce

The Digital and Data Capability Framework has been created to support the development of digital capabilities for everyone working in health and social care in Scotland.

The framework identifies the digital skills, knowledge and behaviours that are essential for this workforce, clarifying the responsibilities at individual, team and organisational level.

Digital and Data Capability Framework Self-Assessment Tool

The tool provides a form to guide you through the framework and help you to identify which level best describes your current skills, knowledge and behaviour.

After submitting the form you will receive an email with a record of your results, detailing each of the framework capabilities and the level you chose. The email will also contain links to learning resources based on the level you chose; these have been selected to support your learning.
